Job Description
As a Cash Administrator, you'll ensure daily and monthly cash transactions are reconciled and posted accurately into the general ledger. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and maintain seamless financial operations using Oracle and automation tools.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in cash application, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation within a corporate or shared service environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and strong attention to detail.
- Experienced user of Cash Module (including Oracle) or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and Cash Application Automation tools is a strong advantage.
- Functional understanding of core finance processes such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation templates).
- Strong analytical mindset, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Your Daily Tasks
- Post cash transactions into the general ledger on a daily basis
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and explain all discrepancies between ledger and bank balances
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations as part of month-end procedures
- Understand the nature of bank transactions and make appropriate entries in the Oracle general ledger
- Liaise with Finance and non-Finance teams to ensure accurate data and postings
- Review and code supplier charges and payments with the team
- Keep the Cash Manager updated on progress and escalate issues promptly
- Audit parking equipment reports against bank processing reports
- Identify and challenge exceptions with service providers and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior members of non-cash teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely posting of payments through correct journal entries
- Recommend and apply corrective actions to ensure accurate reconciliations
