ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting:

  • BIR Tax Filing (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Payroll (every 15th & 30th, 13th month pay)
  • Processing of government contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
  • Processing of office payables
  • Bank Reconciliation (RCBC)
  • Bookkeeping (Quickbooks online)
  • Budgeting & Forecasting

Client Management

  • Providing outsourced support to clients (payroll, gov't contributions, etc.)
  • Preparation of billings for service fees rendered to clients
  • Monitoring receivables & issuance of official service invoices

Administrative:

  • Monitoring of leave balances
  • Monitoring of office supplies & petty cash fund
  • Coordination & communication with Management
  • Annual Business Permit Renewal
  • Annual SEC Reporting
  • Annual AFS Filing
  • Other tasks as deemed essential & necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any other business related fields
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
  • 1-2 years of work experience in administrative department
  • Knowledgable with Quickbooks and MS Office
  • Good oral & written english communication skills
  • Requires minimum supervision
  • Attention to details & problem solving skills
  • Punctual & able to meet deadlines
