ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
- BIR Tax Filing (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Payroll (every 15th & 30th, 13th month pay)
- Processing of government contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
- Processing of office payables
- Bank Reconciliation (RCBC)
- Bookkeeping (Quickbooks online)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
Client Management
- Providing outsourced support to clients (payroll, gov't contributions, etc.)
- Preparation of billings for service fees rendered to clients
- Monitoring receivables & issuance of official service invoices
Administrative:
- Monitoring of leave balances
- Monitoring of office supplies & petty cash fund
- Coordination & communication with Management
- Annual Business Permit Renewal
- Annual SEC Reporting
- Annual AFS Filing
- Other tasks as deemed essential & necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any other business related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years of work experience in administrative department
- Knowledgable with Quickbooks and MS Office
- Good oral & written english communication skills
- Requires minimum supervision
- Attention to details & problem solving skills
- Punctual & able to meet deadlines
