Country Sales Lead
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth and manage key banking accounts in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
· Lead major client engagements, including pre-sales and post-sales activities.
· Develop and close sales initiatives with both existing clients and new accounts.
· Engage with executives to understand strategies, promote solutions, and create long-term roadmaps.
· Support account retention and drive revenue growth within the financial services sector.
· Provide market insights to guide product strategy, marketing, and development.
· Report on sales performance, pipeline, and competitive updates.
Requirements:
· –15 years of sales experience in financial services or fintech.
· Proven experience managing key banking relationships in the Philippines.
· Strong knowledge of card processing, retail banking, and digital solutions.
· Skilled in C-level engagement, sales, negotiation, and ROI-driven solutions.
· Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Degree or Master's from a recognized institution preferred.
