We're seeking a dynamic and strategic 
Country Head
 to lead the Philippine operations of a growing 
regional digital health and wellness organization
. This role is ideal for a proven business leader who can balance strategy, partnerships, and execution — driving growth while fostering a people-first culture.

About the Role

As Country Head, you'll be responsible for building the brand's local presence, expanding partnerships, and achieving growth targets in alignment with the company's regional leadership team. You will engage with key decision-makers across insurance, healthcare, and corporate wellness sectors, while ensuring the local team thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness in the Philippines.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with insurers, brokers, TPAs, corporate clients, and healthcare providers.
  • Represent the organization to key government, media, and industry stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a local team across business development, client engagement, and care delivery.
  • Shape local consumer research and marketing strategies to fit the Philippine landscape.
  • Work closely with the regional executive team to align local initiatives with broader company goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership experience with a 
    minimum of 5 years
     in business development or enterprise (B2B) marketing.
  • Background in 
    healthcare, insurance, HR tech, or wellbeing industries
     preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in building partnerships and managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience in a 
    start-up or fast-scaling environment
     is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or consulting background advantageous.
