Job Description:

The Merchandising Supervisor ensures that product displays align with brand guidelines, customer preferences, and seasonal trends while managing a team of merchandisers to achieve business objectives. You would also work closely with buyers, suppliers, and the sales team to maintain inventory levels, optimize product placement, and track sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company goals and customer demands.
  • Supervise and train a team of merchandisers to ensure efficient execution of merchandising activities.
  • Monitor product displays, inventory levels, and promotional setups to ensure consistency and appeal.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend adjustments to product placement and assortment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to secure optimal product selection and availability.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, stock movement, and merchandising activities for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in merchandising tools and retail management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
