Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Development Supervisor based in Pasig.
The Customer Development Supervisor develops, implements, monitors plans towards the achievement of targets of his/her accounts. He/she collaborates daily work direction with his/her team of distributor to achieve the sales target within budget spend rate. He/she will work on partnership with distributor's sales people as he/she has direct responsibility for achievement of sales targets of the distributor.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead and manage customer service teams.
  • Proven experience in customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of customer support.
  • Expertise in customer service management and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasig and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
