Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that section is meeting the expected performance in terms of setting realistic goals which includes revenue growth, expansion to new markets, and strategic partnership building in accordance with the company's plan and specified budget.
  • Implementation or support  on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and total team performance.
  • Suggestion or implementation of business process initiatives, system improvement which resulted to significant process efficiency and/ or cost savings; participation on tasks beyond normal responsibility of the section.
  • Full understanding & conformance with all established policies and sop's, and suggestions for corrections and additions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role at least 2 years.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the credit acquisition, portfolio maintenance and collection.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Exposure on market analysis, sales & marketing, customer service, and team supervision is a must.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to balance sales goals with risk mitigation.
  • Well versed identifying sales opportunities in accordance to company's growth and expansion goals.
  • adept on basic computer applications and preferably (not required) have handled identical loan application system from the previous company.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Has experience managing various individuals stationed in a branch.
