Executive Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, taking minutes during meetings and organizing catering when necessary
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year Course.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent business communication & presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
