About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp./ Texicon Group as a Marketing Specialist. In this full-time position based in Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a key role in (Shared Services). Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies and programs across all business units. The role combines strategic campaign planning, content and communications development, performance analysis, and hands-on coordination of shared marketing services and administrative processes.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and trade channels) that support product lines across all business units.
• Create and maintain industry and product specific marketing materials such as data sheets, product brochures, presentations, market research, product integration guides, training materials, etc.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including website content and social media to drive leads and product awareness.
• Conduct market and competitor research; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product positioning, pricing support, channel strategies, and demand-generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with all departments and external agencies to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory compliance for each sector.
• Track/monitor, analyze, and report campaign, marketing activity performance and KPIs (lead generation, conversion, ROI, engagement metrics); recommend optimizations and budget reallocations.
• Lead planning and execution of launch, events, and seminars/conventions; manage vendor relationships and on-site coordination.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Scheduled travel for trade checks, handling of events, etc.
• Shared Services Administrative & Operational Tasks:
• Process marketing request forms and ensure requests are logged, prioritized, and actioned per SLAs.
• Manage budget requests, approvals, track spend against budgets, and prepare monthly reporting for shared marketing budgets.
• Prepare and process reimbursements, liquidations, and other marketing-related financial documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor ongoing marketing activities and project timeline to help maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and process allocation, packing, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collaterals and promotional items.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

• 3–5+ years of progressive marketing experience

• Proven experience planning and executing integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and trade events.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content

• Strong project management skills with experience using project trackers, deadlines, and SLAs.

• Experience in managing budgets, processing reimbursements, and preparing budget reports.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms.

• Knowledgeable in data analysis to drive business decisions.

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Willingness to travel for events, field visits, and regional coordination as needed.
