About the Role

As an
Account Executive
, you'll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer success. You'll focus on consultative selling, adoption, growth, and act as a trusted advisor, aligning cloud solutions with strategic business objectives. In both segments, you'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven solutions, retain customers, and identify opportunities for expansion.

What you'll do

  • Client Relationship Management
    : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews, and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction and adoption.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    : Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, deliver product presentations and demos (M365/O365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, AWS) and craft tailored proposals.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation
    : Stay updated on Modern Work, Security, AI/Co‑Pilot, and Cloud technologies; guide clients on best practices; and work with product specialists for seamless onboarding.
  • Customer Retention & Renewals
    : Proactively manage subscription renewals, mitigate risks to retention, and collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Sales Strategy & Insights
    : Support sales strategy development, conduct market research, and partner with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    : Track key sales and engagement metrics, prepare reports for management, and use data insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration & Learning
    : Work closely with fellow account managers and product experts, pursue certifications, and share best practices to foster a high‑performing team.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client‑facing role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome)
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn about Cloud Solutions and AI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across SMB and Enterprise clients
  • A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a keen interest in sales and business growth
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adapt sales strategies accordingly
