Are you passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and skilled in accounting software? WealthBridge Corporate Services is looking for an Accounting Executive to join our growing team.

We are a dynamic Singapore-based corporate services provider supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As an Accounting Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the full accounting cycle for our Singaporean clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and assisting clients with key business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote work and office days at our Alabang location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for Singaporean clients
  • Record accounting transactions, reconcile bank statements, and conduct periodic audits
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for the Accounting Manager and clients
  • Assist clients in interpreting financial reports to support business decisions
  • Handle record-keeping, payroll processing, and tax filing activities for Singaporean clients
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and deliver timely results
  • Provide general administrative support as needed by the management team

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • Familiar with accounting software; Xero experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Singaporean taxation laws is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be willing to report to the Alabang office
  • Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage but not required

Job Type: Full-time
