- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks for the Admin Department as a whole; may be assigned the following:
- Procurement: Vendor/Supplier acquisition, preparation, and organization of documents, reports, and forms.
- Filing, Encoding, and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordination Tasks: Act as liaison between internal departments and external partners for procurement and administrative concerns. Ensure timely communication and follow-through on tasks.
- Minutes of Meetings: Document and prepare accurate, concise meeting minutes. Distribute and archive for proper documentation and reference.
Qualification:
- College graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or procurement (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
