- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to effectively support daily office operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with team members, management, and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with administrative duties and office projects.
- Works independently while providing reliable support to the Admin team.
- Open to learning and quickly adapting to company procedures, systems, and workflows.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Willing to work at the South Caloocan City office.
Job Type: Full-time
