Skills & Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Basic understanding of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to effectively support daily office operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with team members, management, and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with administrative duties and office projects.
  • Works independently while providing reliable support to the Admin team.
  • Open to learning and quickly adapting to company procedures, systems, and workflows.
  • Ready to start immediately.
  • Willing to work at the South Caloocan City office.

Job Type: Full-time
