Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef who specializes in Western cuisine with a strong background in preparing and cooking pizzas. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. This role requires expertise in Western-style cooking techniques, menu development, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Western dishes, with a strong focus on pizzas, pastas, and grilled items.
  • Develop and innovate menu items that reflect Western cuisine trends while maintaining authenticity and quality.
  • Ensure food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor portion control, food cost, and inventory management to reduce waste.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus, promotions, and specialty dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
  • Stay updated with new cooking methods, ingredients, and industry trends in Western cuisine.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook specializing in Western cuisine and pizza-making.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza preparation (dough, sauces, toppings, and baking techniques).
  • Culinary degree or certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Creativity and passion for developing new recipes and menu items.
  • Willing to work abroad (Austrialia)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php2,600,000.00 per year

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • NC 2 Bartending (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
