Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HR Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and supervising both HR and administrative staff. This role includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, HR administration, and management of support staff such as housekeeping, service arrangement, and messenger personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support HR team members in daily HR functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance processing and benefits administration.
- Implement and monitor performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
- Supervise administrative and support staff including housekeeping, service arrangement personnel, and messengers.
- Ensure smooth operation of office services, facilities, and internal support processes.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for office needs.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workload of administrative staff.
- Support management in planning and organizing company events, logistics, and office arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in administrative supervision or handling support staff is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR and administrative functions simultaneously.
