Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable / Finance Supervisor will oversee daily financial operations, with a strong focus on managing the accounts receivable process, billing accuracy, and collection efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performance team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans to drive results.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices, payments, and debtor reconciliations in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR) to support engagement, administration, and operational programs.
  • Generate regular reports on AR aging, collections, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations related to billing, collections, and account disputes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience
    in a
    leadership or supervisory role
    within Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a related function.
  • Proven experience in
    KPI management
    and
    team performance development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    billing systems, invoicing workflows, debtor reconciliation
    , and
    ERP platforms
    .
  • Experience in
    engagement or administration support
    ,
    HR operations
    , or
    program coordination
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent
    communication, analytical, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, deadlines, and process improvement.
