This is a full-time on-site role for a Salaried Unit Manager based in Cebu. As a Salaried Unit Manager at Manulife, you'll step into a leadership role with both the security of a monthly salary and the rewards of performance-based incentives. You'll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of Financial Advisors, empowering them to achieve their goals while driving the growth of your business unit. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background and experience in Life Insurance or Bancassurance sales and management who are ready to elevate their career in a structured yet rewarding environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of Life Insurance and Bancassurance experience (Licensed in Trad Life Insurance and VUL)
A minimum of 6-12 months of team management experience is required.
Applicants must possess the required financial services licences or certifications at the time of application.
Candidates must hold both Traditional Life Insurance and VUL licences at the time of application.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
