The Human Resources On-the-Job Trainee will assist the HR Department in day-to-day operations, supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace environment.

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews,
• Help maintain and organize employee records (both digital and physical),
• Support HR team in planning and implementing employee engagement activities,
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents,
• Help monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee timekeeping records,
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department,
• Willing to assign Aspire Corporate Plaza Pasay City,
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the HR Supervisor.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity,
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

• Exposure to various HR functions and processes,
• Certificate of Completion and performance evaluation at the end of the training,
