RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and staffing functions of the organization. This role ensures that recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and effectively to attract top talent. The Recruitment Supervisor provides guidance to recruitment staff, coordinates with department heads to understand hiring needs, and helps implement strategies to meet workforce planning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring daily and long-term recruitment goals are met.
· Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
· Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
· Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for senior management.
· Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
· Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
· Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking activities.
· Provide training and development for new recruiters and ensure team adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday
