Are you a creative professional with a passion for transforming ideas into visually stunning designs? We're looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in creating high-quality graphics and mockups for promotional products. In this role, you'll handle logo vectorization, product proofs, and design presentations that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

• Creative and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates strong visual design skills and precision in artwork finalization.

• Technically Skilled: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and well-versed in color management and file formatting.

• Organized and Efficient: Manages multiple design projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Adaptable and Resourceful: Handles design revisions and workflow changes with professionalism and creativity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use 

• Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products 

• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations. 

• Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof. 

• Sending proof to customers for review and approval. 

• Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays. 

• Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions. 

• Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements 

• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.  

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign. 

  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.  

  • Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management. 

  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.  

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.  

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Salary Range: PHP 45,000-50,000

• Job Type: Full-time 

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

• Workdays: Saturday through Wednesday
