Are you a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual design? We're looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, creating production-ready files, and preparing presentation decks from concept to final delivery. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Creative Designer: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Problem-Solver: Flexible and resourceful in adapting designs to project needs and client requests.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Convert artwork from orders into proper production-ready files.

• Ensure all file outputs meet print standards and quality requirements.

• Manage the Production Art Queue to maintain timely output.

• Support the Virtual Rendering Queue and assist with other art department tasks as needed.

• Vectorize logos, format files correctly, and create mockups for sales teams.

• Set type and size imprints on promotional products.

• Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Pull product templates from supplier websites for proofs.

• Send proofs to customers for review and approval.

• Transition approved orders smoothly into production and monitor status to prevent delays.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients for revisions and suggestions.

• Deliver final products that meet project specifications and client expectations.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a related role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time (aligned with U.S. hours).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

  • Knowledge of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Portfolio that highlights creative, technical, and impactful design work

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000-35,000

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
