About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to join our creative operations team. This role is responsible for photo transformations and template personalization to deliver high-quality visual assets in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, precise, and able to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining creative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute photo transformation tasks and personalize design templates according to client specifications.
  • Ensure visual consistency, alignment, and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Upload and manage design files using WinSCP and AWS storage platforms.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team via Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain workflow organization using shared template libraries on Box.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to uploads or templates when necessary.
  • Meet deadlines and uphold production quality standards in a remote setup.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic production, photo editing, or template-based design work.
  • Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or similar tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • A reliable computer or laptop suitable for production work.
  • High-speed, stable internet connection (minimum [X Mbps], preferably fiber).
  • Backup internet source, such as a mobile hotspot or secondary provider.
  • Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) or other power backup to manage outages.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace conducive to focus and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals in a remote setting.
