We are looking for a Home-Based Sales Assistant to join our growing U.S.-based client support team in the promotional products industry. This is a valued and essential role within the Sales team focused on backend project management, customer support, and client relationship development. You will work closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to deliver an outstanding customer service experience while supporting the growth of client accounts.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO 
 

 Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming leads and follow up consistently to keep them engaged.

  • Track leads, understanding their needs and timeline to purchase.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads to build trust and guide them through the sales journey.

  • Use CRM tools to manage follow-ups, track activity, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

 Sales Support & Quoting

  • Prepare and send accurate quotes based on customer requirements, pricing tiers, and product options.

  • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability to support the buying decision.

  • Create presentations for clients using pre-prepared templates.

Order Processing & Logistics

  • Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the order management system.

  • Provide shipping estimates and coordinate timelines with fulfillment teams.

  • Track orders and proactively communicate status updates or delays to customers.

  • Help resolve order issues or concerns with professionalism and urgency.

  • Work closely with factories and other partners to ensure large custom orders progress smoothly and are delivered on time.

Relationship Management

  • Help maintain ongoing relationships with both leads and existing customers.

  • Check in with past leads or dormant accounts to re-engage opportunities.

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.  

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.  

    • Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) 

    • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. 

    • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of customers. 

    • Comfortable with social media marketing. 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday
