Production Artist

We're looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you'll prepare, review, and finalize artwork for custom products while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and production quality. If you have a sharp eye for detail, can manage tight deadlines, and enjoy working collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and adapt customer artwork for use on promotional products (logos, vector files, color separations, imprint layouts, etc.).
• Review and proof incoming art files for quality, accuracy, and production feasibility.
• Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and other decoration methods.
• Collaborate with customer service and production teams to clarify art requirements and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow established workflows for version control and archiving.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Continually learn new processes, software tools, and printing/production methods to grow with the company.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of production artist, graphic design, or prepress experience (preferably in promotional products, printing, or related industries).
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of file formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG) and color management (Pantone, CMYK,
• RGB).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and precision in a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• High attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Salary Range: PHP 43,000 – 45,000
