Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a Account Executive (Hotel/Restaurant/Café – Special Orders) who will drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for institutional partners placing customized or special products. This role focuses on supporting sales conversion by proactively engaging potential clients, handling inquiries, and endorsing warm leads for account and product expansion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end processing of customized and special orders, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate timelines, production, fulfillment, and delivery for high-quality, on-time execution.
- Identify client needs, recommend product options, and support sales growth through upselling/cross-selling.
- Serve as the primary contact for HORECA and retail partners, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers to drive retention and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams and gather feedback to continuously improve special order offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Graduate in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skilled in client/customer relationship management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-focused communication skills.
- Adept in sales enablement support.
- Knowledgeable in order management and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset.
- Willing to report and perform duties at our Head Office in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
