Position Title: Account Manager (Recruitment & Sales Enablement)

Work Set-up: Onsite, Congressional Avenue, Quezon City

Work Hours: Mondays–Fridays, 9 AM–6 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Account Manager to lead recruitment operations and sales enablement initiatives for a growing organization. This hybrid role is responsible for two critical pillars of success:

  • Recruitment Account Management – ensuring the operational excellence of both the Volume Recruitment Team and the Technical Recruitment Team
  • Sales Enablement – developing strategies, tools, and insights that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment management experience with a commercial mindset and the ability to build cross-functional alignment between recruitment delivery and sales growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Account Management

Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee recruitment operations across multiple accounts, ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct in-depth briefings and calibration meetings with team leads to align on role requirements and strategic sourcing approaches.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to improve throughput and hire quality.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Team Leads to design sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles.
  • Conduct quality reviews of candidate endorsements and hiring reports to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including recruiter upskilling, process optimization, and automation opportunities.
  • Deliver periodic performance updates and business insights to senior management and key clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring proactive engagement and transparent reporting.
  • Manage client expectations on recruitment pipeline progress, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
  • Coordinate and resolve operational concerns, ramp-up updates, and hiring schedule changes in partnership with internal teams.
  • Represent the company in client calibrations, vendor summits, and performance reviews, fostering long-term partnerships.

2. Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to design and execute enablement strategies that drive lead conversion and account growth.
  • Develop sales materials such as proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and client capability overviews that strengthen the sales narrative.
  • Analyze sales data and recruitment capacity reports to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and client expansion.
  • Standardize sales enablement processes including CRM data management, pipeline tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support sales planning through performance insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Facilitate regular alignment sessions between Sales and Recruitment teams to synchronize capacity with business opportunities.
  • Track and report sales enablement KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, and revenue contribution.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of combined experience in recruitment operations, client/account management, or sales enablement (BPO, RPO, or staffing industry experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment delivery or client-facing recruitment accounts.
  • Experience in supporting or building sales enablement functions (content creation, sales process optimization, or CRM management).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership maturity, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
