JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source and purchase medical devices, spare parts, and consumables from international suppliers.
  • Coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders to manage import and export processes.
  • Ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements, including BOC licensing.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present procurement reports and analyses to senior management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare or medical device distribution, with a strong background in supplier and vendor management.
  • Solid track record in international logistics, including coordination with brokers, shipping companies, and Bureau of Customs (BOC) importation processes.
  • Proficient in procurement systems and tools, with strong analytical, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills in English.
