The Digital Campaign Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role ensures that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance goals. The associate will work closely with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns, develop engaging content, and assist with influencer outreach to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on platforms like TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Track campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to ensure objectives are met within budget.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, including key metrics like spend, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
  • Write and edit content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring a steady flow of content across digital channels.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure all digital platforms are consistently updated.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and connect with influencers, content creators, and brand partners who align with the company's target audience.
  • Support the management of influencer campaigns, including coordination, content review, and payments.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights into ROI and key performance metrics.

Job Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Applicants with related experience during internship are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, including targeting, bidding, and optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging ad content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
