Job description:

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive product placement, pricing, and promotion strategies in collaboration with marketing and category teams.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives and Dealer Account Managers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-ground coaching to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure alignment of team efforts with company goals.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in the cluster.
  • Build strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure loyalty and sustained business growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and monitor dealer performance regularly.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and after-sales support in collaboration with supply chain and logistics teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/distribution centers.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities.
  • Submit timely reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing norms, and legal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in hardware, tools, construction materials, or general trading.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and dealer networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
