Our Consumer Lending Cluster is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join us in Cebu in the role of Head, VisMin Corporate Sales.

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of EastWest Bankers across Visayas and Mindanao, managing the Consumer Lending referrals of corporate entities in the region. You will be instrumental in strengthening business relationships with internal and external partners, driving sales performance, and positioning EastWest Bank as the preferred partner for Consumer Loan products in the corporate market.

What the role will entail

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Sales Team across Visayas and Mindanao to achieve annual business targets for Auto Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Corporate Sales Channel as a key contributor to Consumer Loan acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with Branch Banking and Corporate Banking teams to convert existing, new, and potential corporate clients into Consumer Lending customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure a steady flow of referrals and sustained productivity.
  • Analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities to enhance the Banks position in the region.
  • Ensure portfolio profitability by maintaining yields within or above the Banks standards.
  • Oversee adherence to compliance standards, including KYC, AML, and Record Keeping requirements under BSP regulations and the Banks MLPP.
  • Ensure timely completion of AML e-learning courses and other compliance mandates for the team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably handling Consumer Lending products (Auto Loans, Personal Loans, or Credit Cards)
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-location sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business targets
  • Strong competencies in customer focus, sales leadership, partnership building, and results-driven execution
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Open to candidates at the Senior Manager to Assistant Vice President level
