We are looking for an energetic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to help drive the brand's online presence and digital engagement. This role will focus on managing our social media platforms, online promotions, and digital events to strengthen our connection with customers and position our brand as a trusted, innovative leader in home living solutions.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others).
  • Develop engaging content that highlights appliance features, promotions, lifestyle applications, and customer benefits.
  • Coordinate with the visual merchandising and store operations teams to ensure brand consistency and timely posting of campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, fostering an active and loyal online community

Online Promotions & Campaigns

  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing online marketing campaigns that promote sales, product launches, and seasonal offers.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers and content creators relevant to home, lifestyle, and tech niches.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide performance reports with insights for improvement.

Online & Live Events

  • Plan and manage online events such as livestream product demos, virtual product launches, and special sale events.
  • Coordinate pre-event planning, technical setup, and promotional materials to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate event results and suggest strategies to increase audience reach and conversion.

Marketing Coordination & Reporting

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies and digital marketing calendars.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and online campaigns.
  • Present regular updates and creative recommendations during marketing meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (experience in retail or consumer products is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content optimization strategies.
  • Ability to create or oversee visually appealing and informative content related to home appliances and lifestyle.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
