Position Summary
The Sales and Purchasing Staff is responsible for handling the company's sales activities and procurement requirements. This role ensures that customer needs are met promptly while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices and reliable supplier relationships. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to support both revenue generation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
· Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.
· Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales orders.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
· Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Purchasing Duties:
· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and quality products.
· Process purchase requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
· Maintain accurate purchasing records, including supplier contracts and invoices.
· Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and inventory requirements.
· Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate supplies to support business operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
