Sales Admin and Trade Marketing Assistant

SALES ADMIN ROLE

• Collaborate with the GT Sales Leadership Team to conceptualize and align on monthly DARE Program target mechanics based on sales strategies and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain the DARE Program Target Masterfile based on official program mechanics.
• Prepare monthly SOAs in accordance with the latest program mechanics and updates.
• Release official DARE Target Masterfiles to the Sales team.
• Consolidate Distributor Sales (DS) recommendations and recasting requests for approval.
• Update the list of new DARE Program enrollees and ensure all are encoded accurately.
• Revise SOAs based on approved changes in the target masterfile.
• Release finalized SOAs for previous month's incentive claims.
• Handle consolidation, validation, and appeals of SOA corrections, including late ("pahabol") submissions.

Distribution Management

• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager (NSM) to conceptualize and define distribution standards and monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain the Distribution Drive Target Masterfile based on agreed standards.
• Release the official distribution target masterfile to the Sales team.
• Monitor distribution objectives and targets versus actual performance, and regularly update the Sales team.
• Provide feedback and actionable recommendations to the Sales team to improve distribution performance.

Capability Building

• Support the onboarding and continuous training of sales teams on program mechanics, SOA processing, and distribution targets.
• Develop and maintain reference materials, templates, and guides to assist field teams in effective program execution.
• Conduct learning sessions or refresher trainings related to sales operations processes and tools.
• Provide coaching and technical support to ensure consistent understanding and application of program standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Team Leads to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.

Project Management

• Manage existing projects such as Project Astroboy, support the execution of incoming initiatives, and contribute to the development of volume-generating projects such as area expansion.
• Provide administrative and operational support for sales-related projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and field teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Maintain and update project-related trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing project-specific SOAs, reports, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, IT, Marketing) to support end-to-end project execution.
• Track and escalate project-related issues or delays to the Sales Operation & Project Manager for resolution.

TRADE MARKETING ROLE

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor of Freezer Productivity

• Monitor Modern Trade Manpower Productivity (Push seller, Coor, Weekender Samplers, etc)

• Monitor National Promos and Programs

• Assist Trade Marketing Head and Officer in executing events

• Recommend internal process to improve the team efficiency

• Research new trends and recommend localized below-the-line activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of any Business-related course
• Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and basic photo/video editing tools
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate and coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and is willing to do fieldwork.
