Recruitment Assistant

The Recruitment Assistant will provide support to the HR Recruitment Team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet project staffing needs. This role will handle end-to-end recruitment assistance, from job postings to candidate coordination, and ensure smooth onboarding processes. Experience in agribusiness recruitment is an advantage, as the role may involve sourcing candidates with agricultural, farm operations, and related backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate profiling based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in the preparation of job postings and recruitment-related materials.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support recruitment operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support; background in agribusiness recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
