Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Be the go-to person for client and candidate inquiries
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with clients to adapt our services to their changing needs
  • Work closely with different teams to meet client expectations
  • Team up with the finance department for seamless invoicing and billing
  • Find top-tier candidates for various positions
  • Interview and assess candidate qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business/management related field - FOR FRESH GRADUATES ONLY
  • Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  • Maintains utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Efficient time management for task prioritization and meeting deadlines
  • Proactively resolves challenges for smooth account management and recruitment
  • Adaptable to dynamic client needs, industry changes, and a fast-paced environment

Work Set-up:

  • 8 hour shift (8am-5pm)
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Onsite - training period (3 months)
  • Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Compensation Details

  • Basic Salary (Minimum wage with guaranteed yearly increase after evaluation)
  • Statutory Government Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig)
  • 13th month Pay
  • Commissions, Cash Incentives, Travel Incentives, Performance Bonus, Year-end Incentives
  • HMO upon regularization

Work Location: Malolos, Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12,000.00 per month
