HR Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns to join our growing team This is a great opportunity for students who are eager to gain real-world HR experience and learn the ins and outs of human resources in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling, etc.)
• Help manage employee records and documentation
• Support in organizing company events, trainings, and HR initiatives
• Prepare and update HR-related reports and trackers
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
• Provide assistance in other HR functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Must be endorsed by the school for OJT / Internship
• Willing to work onsite in Malolos, Bulacan
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
