Role: Fleet Services Administration Support
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to the shared inbox, managing queries related to invoices, reimbursements, and general enquiries.
- Update employer and customer details in internal systems as needed.
- Perform invoice reconciliations and manage communications around overdue invoices with employers.
- Process contract activations (5–6 per day).
- Action internal Slack requests to provide timely responses to internal stakeholders
- Create new customer and account profiles in the system as required.
Respond to inbound phone queries from customers and employers, providing accurate and professional support.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in handling phone queries and providing professional support.
- Experience in customer service or financial services (B2B) is highly desirable.
Organizational and Prioritization Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when updating systems and reconciling invoices.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and email platforms.
- Experience using internal systems for updating customer and employer details.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounts administration processes.
Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in accounts administration or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound phone and email queries professionally.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to address and resolve customer or employer queries efficiently.
- Experience managing overdue invoices and communicating with stakeholders.
Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with invoice reconciliation and contract activation processes.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in handling phone queries. Ideally, with exposure within the financial services industry or B2B

- Previous experience in accounts administration or customer service, including direct communication with customers both on the phone and via email

- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in accounts administration or customer service, including direct communication with customers.
