Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chats, or emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, billing questions, and service concerns
  • Resolve issues efficiently by identifying problems, researching solutions, and providing accurate information
  • Document all interactions in the CRM or ticketing system, ensuring complete and up-to-date records
  • Follow up on pending requests and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to deliver confident and consistent support
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and workflow efficiency
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a positive brand image in every interaction

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, contact center, or a client-facing role (voice or non-voice)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM or customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite or remote (depending on client setup) and on shifting schedules aligned with client time zones (e.g., UK, US, or AU hours)
