Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform campaigns.
  • Define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets in line with business goals.

2. Brand & Product Management

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across channels.
  • Launch new products and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity in all marketing materials.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and monitor advertising, promotions, digital, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for better ROI.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure marketing plans are aligned with business operations.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for budget management and resource allocation.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor marketing staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI for management review.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in FMCG marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven FMCG environment.
