Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist (Remote)

Type: Part-time (30–50 hours per month)

Work Setup: Fully Remote — with employee monitoring app required

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who can help increase online traffic and visibility for our websites and social media platforms. You'll plan, execute, and optimize strategies to grow organic reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Improve website traffic through SEO optimization (keywords, content, backlinks).
  • Plan and manage social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and report website & social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
  • Research trending topics and create content ideas to attract visitors.
  • Work with the design and content team to improve site and post performance.
  • Use the company's employee monitoring app during working hours.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, Google tools, and analytics.
  • Experience managing social media marketing campaigns.
  • Good English writing and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
