About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc.' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support the growth of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates

  • Screening and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications

  • Coordinating the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates

  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process

  • Providing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process

  • Continuously monitoring and improving the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
