We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Staff to join our team and help us attract top talent.
Job Description:
As an HR Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and reports
- Collaborating with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
In addition to recruitment tasks, you will also:
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
- Support administrative functions and provide general office support
- Participate in employee engagement and development initiatives
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
