Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role is responsible for understanding and documenting the business and system requirements of clients.

As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Collaborate with system owners and users to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed functional and system specifications.
  • Design optimized, reusable solutions for new and existing systems.
  • Propose technically feasible alternatives aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate with developers and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
  • Review Dev and QA outputs to confirm alignment with requirements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational incidents and recommends system enhancements.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Business or other related courses
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a
    fintech or technology-driven environment
    .
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
