Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the IT or manufacturing industry to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows across manufacturing operations, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as MRP, BOMs, production planning, and inventory control.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.
