Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst who combines analytical expertise with sharp problem-solving skills. We're looking for a professional who's experienced yet intellectually curious, not content with just following procedures but eager to improve them.

Work from home
Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM *Flexible to an extent
*Following Philippine Holidays


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights and documentation.
  • Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Continuously assess opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of better practices.
  • Support project delivery through coordination, tracking, and effective communication across teams.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to approach challenges with logic and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
  • Adept at documentation, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to understand the why behind every process.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively to drive meaningful outcomes.
