About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Investor Outreach & Research Assistant to support Projectler Technologies' investor relations initiatives. This role focuses on data-driven research, investor database management, and structured communication follow-ups — ensuring our leadership team can engage with qualified investors efficiently and professionally.

This is not a sales role — it requires precision, research discipline, and a clear understanding of investor engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investor research using platforms like Crunchbase, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Pitchbook to identify venture capital firms, angel investors, and family offices aligned with Projectler's focus areas.
  • Build and maintain an investor database using tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or Airtable.
  • Segment investors by type, investment stage, industry focus, and ticket size.
  • Draft and send professional outreach messages highlighting company traction and alignment (not sales pitches).
  • Track outreach progress through a structured pipeline system (Research → Contact → Follow-Up → Meeting).
  • Prepare concise progress updates and follow-up messages based on project milestones.
  • Support the investor relations manager with meeting coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in research, executive assistance, or communications (BPO background acceptable if adaptable).
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Experience or familiarity with investor databases (Crunchbase, Apollo, Pitchbook) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach threads.
  • Interest in learning investment and startup funding processes.

  • Understands the difference between sales persuasion and credibility-driven investor communication.
  • Curious and proactive in learning about investment strategies, funding stages, and portfolio alignment.
  • Trainable, coachable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
