Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Lead Outreach Specialist (Caller) to support agents in generating leads for buying and selling properties. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-oriented, and has a solid understanding of real estate sales conversations. If you have a proven background in Real Estate Lead Outreach, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers using lead lists and databases
  • Qualify leads and identify interest in buying or selling property
  • Set appointments for real estate agent with motivated prospects
  • Build rapport and handle objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Update CRM with accurate notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with agents to ensure smooth lead transition and tracking
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of lead outreach experience in real estate (FSBO, expireds,)

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities

Familiarity with real estate terms and basic sales flow

Experience using dialers and CRM systems (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, Follow Up Boss, etc.)

Must have own equipment (laptop/PC, USB headset) and stable internet connection

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php6, Php13,600.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
