Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Delivery Manager with strong expertise in managing IT projects across both software implementation and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate is Agile-certified, highly organized, and capable of independently driving project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
  • Manage and oversee software implementation and infrastructure projects, balancing technical requirements with business needs.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution and team collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing transparent communication and regular status updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure project governance, compliance with organizational standards, and adherence to best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within project teams, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of IT Project Management experience (required).
  • Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in delivering both software implementation and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to self-manage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, project governance, and delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other advanced project management certifications.
  • Experience in program management or managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with hybrid delivery approaches (Agile + Waterfall).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
