Job Summary

  • An Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between XMedia and its clients for daily operations. Their main responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales performance and advise clients on how to grow their ecommerce sales in a sustainable way. Drive sales through stock availability, pricing competitiveness, effective merchandising through live streaming services.

  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products within the portfolio of the brands to increase live stream GMV.

  3. Coordination: Oversee and manage the live commerce team, including team leaders, livestream hosts and live moderators.

  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  5. Track and analyze live commerce KPIs, including Enter Room Rate, GMV, engagement, and conversion rates.

  6. Develop and share performance reports with clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  7. Benchmark client performance across categories and platforms to identify growth opportunities.

  8. Post mortem report preparation and presentation
