REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Specialization (if there's any) should be relevant to Construction, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in construction as part of Project Management Team, Construction Management Team, General Contractor, or Fit-out Contractor. Experience in Project Scheduling is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Strong leadership and proactiveness skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Developing detailed project schedules, including identifying all project phases and predicting the time required to complete each one.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information for schedule development.
  • Updating and adjusting of schedules based on project changes and delays.
  • Monitor the progress of construction activities and compare this with the project schedule.
  • Identify and report potential risks and delays, and assist in developing contingency plans to address them.
  • Prepare reports on project progress and schedule status for project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Use project management software to assist in managing and tracking schedules.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input and advice.
